Give us the full address, waste description and photographs together so the collection can be assessed. If the rubbish needs to leave before a tenancy handover or another stage of work, explain the deadline. Same-day availability still needs confirmation. Sending a quote form does not reserve a vehicle or establish an arrival time. The team needs the actual contents and access before arranging the collection, rather than guessing a slot from the town name alone.
What the collection is for
Same-day rubbish removal covers everyday unwanted contents and bulky waste, from bags and furniture to larger clear-outs. Show all the material, including piles inside a garage or behind a property. Name garden waste and building material separately so weight and disposal requirements can be assessed. If you are actually asking for a whole house or office to be cleared, tell us at the start. Those services have their own starting prices and assessments. A request for a rubbish collection should not be assumed to include every room or outbuilding at the address without discussion.

Same-day rubbish removal starts from £89, matching the published Mini Load at 1 yd³ and up to 75 kg. Small is £149, Medium £189, Large £259, X-Large £359 and XX-Large £429. The table below gives the associated volumes and weight limits. The separate Single item collection option starts from £49. These figures are advertised allowances, not confirmation that a particular waste pile fits the smallest price. Send the photos and practical details for a fixed written quote. Heavy materials can reach a weight limit before filling the space available in the vehicle.
Including surcharge items from the start
Mattresses, fridges and upholstered items can have an area-dependent surcharge, as shown in the price-page warning. Identify them in the first enquiry so the full price can be confirmed. If furniture or bags are added after you have sent photos, provide an update before collection. Extra rooms, more rubble or another appliance are not automatically included in an earlier quote. The team needs to check the complete waste agreed for removal. This is important when a clear-out is still in progress and the contents have changed between requesting a price and arranging the vehicle.
Access without loading a skip yourself
Our crew does the loading for the agreed collection. Tell us if the waste is upstairs, indoors, in a rear garden or beside a driveway. Include stairs, lifts, narrow passages and the stopping point for the vehicle. A photo of the route can explain an awkward entrance more clearly than the address alone. If you will not be there, agree access and collection instructions with the team. Keep contents that are staying separate from the rubbish. Nobody should have to guess which pile is authorised for removal when the property contains belongings that still need to be kept.

If a same-day slot is not available, discuss the next collection that can be confirmed. Do not assume the enquiry has automatically been booked for the following morning without an agreed arrangement.
Licensed collection and disposal paperwork
Clear It holds Upper Tier Waste Carrier licence CBDU631149 and £5m public liability insurance. We load the agreed waste and take it through licensed disposal routes, directing suitable items towards reuse or recycling where possible. A written waste transfer note is supplied for the collection. Keep it with the accepted quote if removal forms part of a property handover or trade project. Standard collections do not accept asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles, clinical waste or paint in bulk. Ask about uncertain items before adding them, so an urgent collection is still based on the correct waste and disposal requirements.
