Every empty week is lost rent. The aim of an end of tenancy clearance is simple: get everything left behind out, leave the property swept and ready for cleaners or inventory, and document it.
What it costs
Smaller leftovers are priced by load — from £89 for a mini load up to £429 for a full 14 yd³ load. Full property clearances start from £549 for a studio or one-bed, £929 for a two-bed and £1,309 for a three-bed. Larger properties are priced after a free survey.
Send photos of each room and we can usually give a fixed price without a visit.
Access without you being there
Most landlords and agents do not attend. We can collect and return keys, work to a check-out date, and send completion photos the same day so you can book the cleaner or the next viewing straight away.
The paperwork you should get
- A written waste transfer note from a licensed carrier (ours: CBDU631149).
- Before and after photos for the deposit or inventory file.
- An invoice to the landlord, the agency or the managing company — whichever suits.
