Rubbish removal in Southend is priced by the volume your waste takes up in the tipper, capped by a weight allowance. That is why a van full of light bin bags costs less than the same van filled with rubble.
Every price below includes two crew, all the lifting and carrying, transport, sweep up and licensed disposal at a permitted transfer station. There is no permit to buy and no hourly rate ticking over.

What changes the price
Access is the main factor. A ground-floor garage clear-out in Shoeburyness loads faster than a second-floor flat off London Road with no lift, and heavy rubble hits the weight allowance sooner than furniture.
Some items carry a disposal charge set by the recycling route rather than by us — fridges and mattresses must be handled separately by law, so they are listed individually.

How to get an exact figure
Send two or three photos on WhatsApp, or call 01702 579 957 and describe the pile. We reply with a fixed written price, usually inside the hour, and hold it for the booking. If we arrive and the load is smaller than quoted, you pay the smaller price.
